Dates fines and process to file ROC

The full form of ROC, Registrar of Companies, which administers the office under the Ministry of corporate affairs, as well as, the registration of companies come under MCA. Every company is required to file the annual accounts and annual return as per The Companies Act, 2013 within 30 days and 60 days respectively from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting

For the administration of the companies, ROC is so important that some states such as Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra, have more than one ROC. Under the Companies Act, 2013 the ROC compliances are mandated. The Companies Act states that it is the duty of the ROC to register Private limited companies in addition to granting LLP Registration to eligible business institutions.
